There are some days where you are brave. Days when you can take on the world, shield the innocent from malice, and stand triumphant in the face of cruelty.

There are other days when you cannot conceive of bravery. Days when hiding is your biggest idea. When the warm embrace of a blanket is all you require.

Both of these options are equally valid. You don't have to be brave all the time. You don't have to be scared all the time.

Take care of yourself, whatever that means to you in the moment.
