I wish my access to the Internet was a desktop PC in the corner of the living room. It would be a portal that I could choose to enter and leave. No more blinking lights while I sleep at night, no more general malaise from momentary disconnect from the Web via my phone. So, like, the 90s?
@Cocoron ...Could you plug your phone in in another room to sort of achieve that?
My holiday gift to myself is actually a desk so I can do something similar!
