Welcome to day 3 of me having logistical nightmares about the most chill wedding ever planned.

I didn’t even want to have a wedding. My partner and I just decided to do this because he has amazing health insurance. I never even wanted to get married. But our irritating parents demanded we do SOMETHING, and now I’m stressed out by it all.

Ugh, that's hard. There's so much weird baggage attached to weddings and so many expectations from other people.

@emily That's the thing I think that bothers me the most, is that it suddenly feels like people I don't want involved in my relationship (his parents, whom I don't particularly like, to put it mildly, for example) are now influencing this day that's supposedly "about us." Like... no, it's now about THEM.
