Tonight we had 4 people from different states-and countries-watch a movie together, with plans to do this much more.

Besides the projects we work on, we are a social space for those most targeted and marginalized.

We have helped raised mutual aid funds, and plan on continuing to build up a strong community that can help one another create

what they wish while supporting them however they need it.

For some background: I'm currently in university for a degree in envi-sci. I ain't an expert, but I've been around enough to know some-at least basic-shit.

So, the reason nihilism-and environmental nihilism specifically -pisses me off so much is how utterly useless it is. Full stop, it is useless in our fight.

If I don't have hope then why the hell am I fighting in the first place? ("I can't be a pessimist because I'm alive")

Me getting home: Wow I feel decent, I don't have that much to do and I remembered to eat so that's great!

It's also a self improvement thing. As much of the other things I want to work on or change are... Well not coming along or going back.

The exercise/routine is helping with some other stuff that I may eventually speak on, but that's a while lot of other work for this tired as all hell tranny

Been trying to keep up with exercising daily. Just a short 15 or so minutes to get started and in the habit of a routine.

I don't want to make myself hate it more than I already do :P and I've been trying to get into this habit for years.

This feels like the best opportunity I've had, and I'm glad of it.

It doesn't directly affect my MH so much, but the accomplishment (as much as I stick to it) helps some, if faintly.

Coming back to this... There's a clear difference between the people who trust in community building to fix our environmental problems, and those that focus on the system.

One side works towards solutions on a small scale to start, and then rippling out when natural knowledge is shared.

The other side will tell you to vote, wait, vote, and wait.

Every time I hear from the latter they have little hope, and the former is the only group offering seeds for a bright future.
