Basically it's about mental health/energy-also it allows me to not specify exactly what neurodivergent stuff I'm dealing with.

I really like the metaphor, as I do have some handicaps in the way of connective tissue disorder stuff, & old trauma
Those handicaps depend on stress and environment a lot, and are sporadic, so not bad -- but can be a baaad time
So most of the time it does feel hella awkward to take any space as disabled, but ooof there are some days or weeks even were this trazzle has no spoons and fucks to give
