I will only for something really good or important that should be shared lots.
I like saving the good convo for here and the basic stuff for Twitter
I've seen people do it, but those posts tend to not be as popular because you have to navigate away from the main page to view them and that can be inconvenient.

@b_cavello I would say attribution is appropriate, especially since you're no longer hamstrung with a small character limit.
