I already have cabin fever. What are your favorite body weight / yoga / prison exercises?
I have not had the spirits yet to start (quarentine for less than a week, strong quarantine just for 2 days), but maybe a bit of taichi?
I think the biggest risks for me are breaking something (very limited space) or hurting myself (stressed + limited expertise). I think the little taichi I might recall from like 15 years ago might be best for me in this scenario.
@agaitaarino I’m basically just doing planks and burpees and shit like that. I feel like I’ll hate this in a week and need to learn more
