If you send emails to \@secure.mailbox.org instead of \@mailbox.org TLS encryption will be mandatory (also a good test to see if your mail providers supports TLS encryption for sending email!).
Also this might be a good opportunity to remind fellow mail server admins that you can enforce TLS encryption by setting
smtpd_tls_security_level = encrypt
and
smtp_tls_security_level = encrypt
in
/etc/postfix/main.cf
