Because when they come back, illegal reentry after deportation is a much more serious crime, which can range all the way to double-digit years in prison. The bulk of cases in a border state will be illegal reentry after deportation."

1) All of this is horribly bad.

2) Using military lawyers in a civilian capacity? There's no disturbing implications there at all.
