@drpeeper yes, it would be hard/impossible to simulate accurately. but thats ok.
simcity is not accurate simulation either, even though it is based on current reality. it simplifies many things, and makes certain political decisions and assumptions.
a socialist city game would be simplified and make political decisions and assumptions too, but from a different perspective. maybe less emphasis on growth and land value, more on citizen happiness.
we need more #socialist #gameing. so many games depict capitalism. where are the games that explore other economic & social systems? i want simcity based on marxian economics. i want animal crossing where you live in an anarchist commune.
Friendly reminder. Full disk encryption on a server you have no physical access to grants you no security, same for your laptop if you carry it around in sleep mode. FDE protects your data at rest as from a cold boot you need to provide the passphrase. If your box is running the secret is present in memory and can be grabbed by a dedicated attacker.
